O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Court had granted interim bail to the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.7220 of 2020 and the interim bail had been periodically extended. It is now reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that pursuant to the orders passed by the DGP in communication no.ROC No-461810/Crime/2020 dated 21.08.2020, the case has been transferred to the file of Kuppam Urban Police Station, Andhra Pradesh and the case has been taken on file in Crime No.389 of 2020.

2. In view of the same, the interim bail already granted is extended further by a period of four(4) weeks. The petitioners meanwhile shall approach the concerned jurisdictional Court within the jurisdiction of Andhra Pradesh and apply for regular bail.
