Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third responder to implement the allotment order issued to the petitioner on 11.5.2017 based on G.O.No.F.No.V-11025/NEETPG/26-1 Bome/DHFWS/20170232 dated 25.02.2017 to the fourth respondent college in respect of M.S. General Surgery for the academic year 2017-18 as per determination of the fees payable for the Government seats at the fourth respondent college and admit her for the same in accordance with law.

O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by Mr.M.Sundar, J.) Today, W.M.P.No.20951 of 2017, in which orders were passed by this Court on 08.08.2017, is listed under the caption 'for reporting compliance'.
2.When the matter was called, Mr.Prahalad Bhut, learned counsel appearing for the Medical College and Hospital (Deemed University), which is the fourth respondent in the writ petition and Mr.A.S.Baradhi, learned Government Advocate (Pondicherry)
appearing for respondents 1 to 3, being the Government of Puducherry, the Director of Health and Family Welfare Services and the Convenor, Centralised Admission Committee (CENTAC), jointly make a representation that the writ petitioner, Ms.K.Brinda, has now been admitted in the fourth respondent Medical College and Hospital, in M.S. General Surgery course, pursuant to our orders dated 08.08.2017 made in W.M.P.No. 20951 of 2017.
3.The fourth respondent has also filed an affidavit dated 10.08.2017 (today) sworn to by one Dr.Muruka R.Prakaash, Chief Executive Officer of aforesaid fourth respondent. We deem it appropriate to extract paragraphs 1 and 2 therein, which read as follows:
"1.I submit to state that the Administration of Aarupadi Veedu Medical College, Cuddalore Main Road, Kirumampakkam, Puducherry - 607 403 in strict adherence to the directives of this Hon'ble High Court of Judicature, Madras, to its order dated 8-82017 in W.M.P.No.20951/2017 in W.P.No.12882/2017, had admitted Dr.K.Brinda the Writ Petitioner herein to the M.S. General Surgery Course in Aarupadai Veedu Medical College & Hospital, Puducherry as against the adjustment of seat/intake for M.S. General Surgery Course earmarked for the academic year 20182019 as directed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, New Delhi in S.L.P. (Civil) No.19752/2017 on 3-8.2017.
2.I further submit to state that the Writ Petitioner had completed the admission formalities by submission of all the original certificates and payment of Tuition Fees of Rs.10,00,000/- as ordered by the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature, Madras, in W.M.P.No.20951/2017 in W.P.No.12882/2017 and had joined in the post graduate M.S. General Surgery Course on 9-8-2017 (Wednesday)."
4.Admission letter dated 09.08.2017 containing writ petitioner's endorsement confirming that she has joined the course, has also been placed before us as part of a typed set of papers dated 09.08.2017. 5.The above compliance is recorded. Therefore, no further orders are required.
6.Accordingly, the writ petition itself is disposed of recording the above compliance. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.13738 of 2017 is closed.
