ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.206 of 2025, dated 08.01.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.206 of 2025, dated 08.01.2025 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police twice a month i.e., first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
