In the first line of the order of this Court dated 16.08.2021, it is rather wrongly typed and omitted to be seen when the order was signed that the conditional amount has not been deposited. This is wrong since the conditional amount has been deposited. The second mistake is in the second line, where it is wrongly typed as 'this Court' whereas, the said direction is given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

2.The Registry is now required to replace the first paragraph of the order dated 16.08.2021 as below and to issue a fresh order copy; "The conditional amount has been deposited as ordered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide order dated 23.07.2021. A.No.2601 of 2021 stands dismissed accordingly."
