ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, both the counsels and both the parties appeared along with the child and a Joint Compromise Memo dated 09.04.2026 signed by both the petitioner and the respondent and

their respective counsels have been filed in the present revision petition. The same are hereby recorded. When this Court enquired both the parties, they admitted that they knew the contents of the compromise they agreed to follow the contents. Accordingly, the terms of Joint Compromise Memo is recorded. Therefore, in view of the compromise, HMGOP No.102 of 2025 pending before the Principal District Court, Kanchipuram is also to be closed in terms of the Joint Compromise arrived between the parties.

2. In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of as per the terms of Joint Compromise Memo dated 09.04.2026, which shall form part of the decree in this revision petition. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
