ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to trace out and produce the detenue, by name, Geetha, aged 23 years, daughter of the petitioner.
2. The petitioner is not present, whereas, his counsel is present. The third respondent has produced the alleged detenue. Since the petitioner is not present, it is not possible to identify the alleged detenue.

3.Under such circumstances, the present petition deserves to be dismissed.
