While disposing of this Civil Revision Petition on 4.9.2018, this Court directed the Trial Court to dispose of the suit in OP.No.1714 of 2013 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Court has received a communication from I Additional Principal Judge, I Additional Family Court seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 4.9.2018 passed in C.R.P.(PD) NO.2384 OF 2018. The learned Judge has expressed certain genuine difficulties for not complying with the orders of this Court within time.

Therefore, time is extended by three months from today to comply with the order dated 4.9.2018 passed by this Court in the above Civil Revision Petition.
