The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.04.2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 379 & 430 of IPC and 21(1) of Mines & Minerals(Development and Regulation) Act in Crime No.163 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that already the petitioners have been granted interim bail by the Court below.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed with liberty to file a fresh petition if necessary.
