This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to furnish the particulars as sought for by the petitioner in his communication dated 04.07.2017.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survive in this petition.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
