This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.634 of 2015 in O.S.No.38 of 2013 dated 03.03.2016 on the file of the Sub-Court, Cheyyar, Thiruvannamalai District. Page No.1 of 5

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner filed a Memo dated 18.03.2022 stating that the subject matter suit in O.S.No.38 of 2013 on the file of the Sub-Court at Cheyyar has been settled before the Lok Adalath as early as 20.08.2016. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition became infructuous.

3. The said Memo dated 18.03.2022 filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner has been taken on record.

4. In view of the aforesaid Memo filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P.No.11566 of 2016 is closed. 22.03.2022 Index :
