O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioners herein on the complaint given by one Mr.Rangesh, which is pending enquiry in CSR No.19 of 2024 on the file of the fourth respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the first petitioner is not required for any enquiry and the second petitioner is arrayed as accused in Crime No.81 of 2024.

4. Once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
