ORDER

This is an application filed seeking to condone the delay of 1232 days in filing the written statement by the applicants/D3 and D8.

2. Heard both sides.

3. There is no serious objection expressed by the learned counsel for the respondents, in allowing this application.

4. Considering the same and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.

Accordingly, this application is allowed and the delay of 1232 days in filing the written statement by the applicants/D3 and D8, is condoned.
