today on the ground that the name of the 2nd respondent has been wrongly mentioned. There is a discrepancy in the description of the 2nd respondent between the affidavit and the writ petition. Whatever was stated in the writ petition has been shown in the cause title of the order. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner has to necessarily file a petition to amend the cause-title in the writ petition and thereafter, appropriate orders will be passed.
