O R D E R

Petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for a direction upon the II Additional Labour Court, Chennai to pass final orders in E.P.No.128 of 2015 in which has been filed for executing the order in C.P.No.204 of 1997 dated 09.02.2015.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter was posted on 05.01.2016 and has been adjourned to 02.02.2016 subsequently to 24.02.2016 and thereafter to 28.03.2016 and till date the 2nd respondent management has neither entered appearance through their counsel nor filed any counter.

3. In the light of the above, the Labour Court is requested to expedite the disposal of E.P.No.128 of 2015 preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
