The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.02.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 420 of IPC in Crime No.334 of 2018, seeks bail.

2. It is seen that, on an earlier occasion, this Court had granted bail to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1 Crore to the credit of the CCB Crime No.334 of 2018 within a period of 8 weeks from the date on which the order was passed. However, the petitioner failed to comply the conditions and subsequently, the interim bail granted to the petitioner was cancelled.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
