This criminal original petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records relating to Crl.M.P.No.1294 of 2010 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore, and quash the same.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the dispute between the parties is settled out of Court and hence, this petition has become infructuous. An endorsement to that effect also has been made in the petition.

3. Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
