ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to conduct preliminary enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.10.2019.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner sent a complaint to the Director, Vigilance and Anti-Corruption (DVAC) Department, dated 25.11.2019 and the same was forwarded to the Director General of Police, Chennai vide proceedings dated 09.11.2019 in petn.No. 11413/2019/POL/CC-HQ for taking necessary action as per law.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
