These Petitions have been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Salem, in D.No.367/2023, dated 30.06.2023.

It is seen from the records, while disposing the petition in W.P.Nos.9615 to 9617 of 2013, this Court by an order dated 12.04.2019 directed the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Salem, to dispose of the I.D.Nos.119 to 121 of 2007 within a period of one year. However, the learned Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Salem, has sent communication dated 30.06.2023 in D.No.367/2023, narrating the sequence of proceedings in I.D.Nos.119 to 121 of 2007 and sought further period of three months time to dispose the cases.
