ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 10.03.2021 for the offence under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985 in Cr.No.332 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that petitioner was found to be in possession of 1.200 grams of Ganja.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are four previous cases pending as against the petitioner and would further submit that the petitioner is a history sheeted rowdy. 5.Considering the fact that there are four previous cases pending as against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
