PRAYER:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent the Appellate Authority under Section 72 of the Registration Act, 1908, relating to his impugned order in Na.Ka.No.661/B1/2022, dated 08.03.2022, quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to entertain the petitioners' Appeal dated 17.02.2022 which was rejected and returned by him vide his impugned order dated 08.03.2022, on its resubmission by the petitioners on permission as may be granted by this Hon'ble Court and pass appropriate orders thereon on merit within a time frame after furnishing copies of objections and affording opportunity of being heard/personal hearing to the petitioners.

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent the Appellate Authority under Section 72 of the Registration Act, 1908, relating to his impugned order in Na.Ka.No.661/B1/2022, dated 08.03.2022, quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to entertain the petitioners' Appeal dated 17.02.2022 which was rejected and returned by him vide his impugned order dated 08.03.2022, on its resubmission by the petitioners on permission as may be granted by this Hon'ble Court and pass appropriate orders thereon on merit within a time frame after furnishing copies of objections and affording opportunity of being heard/personal hearing to the petitioners.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
