ORDER
This civil revision petition has been filed for direction to speedy disposal of IDOP.No.1117 of 2023 pending before the I Additional Family Court, Chennai.

The reason assigned by the revision petitioner is that now he is living with three children. The respondent/ wife is not taking care of the children as well as the husband. Hence, he filed petition for divorce on the
ground of cruelty. This petition has been filed for its speedy disposal. 3.
On considering the fact that there was no proof that any mediation was conducted, since three children are there, the parties are directed to appear before the Tamilnadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Chennai for mediation not less than five sittings. The I Additional Family Court, Chennai is also directed to dispose of the IDOP.No.1117 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible.

With the above directions, this civil revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
