O R D E R

The case of the petitioner is that his representation dated 04.03.2019 given to the District Collector during the Monday grievance petition. Since the Collector has already passed an order touching upon the request made in the representation of the petitioner, nothing survives in this writ petition.

2. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order passed by the Collector on 01.04.2019.
