Respondents Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to grant police protection to the Advocate, who appears before the District Munsif Court, Hosur, based on the letter dated 13.06.2018 and also to take appropriate action against the 3rd respondent and provide security to the petitioners and other similarly placed persons.

ORDER

[Order of the court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] Though we are not satisfied with the conduct of the 3rd respondent, we do not want to go into the issue in view of the subsequent developments that have occurred.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent has stated that a resolution has been passed giving recognition to the Association formed by the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, the grievance of the petitioner as against the 3rd respondent would no longer survive. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that certification from the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry recognizing the new association has not come. On enquiry, the learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent submitted that the same would be furnished within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The said statement is recorded.

4. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed with the above observations.
