This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the I Additional District and Sessions Court, Cuddalore, where trial is to take place, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., apart from the Court hearing dates, condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.367 of 2024 dated 12.01.2024.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the trial Court during the Court hearing dates regularly.
