This petition has been filed to order substituted service on the first respondent by (1) affixture on CNB & LKR (2) publication in one issue of Malai Murasu.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to effect substituted service on the first respondent by way of paper publication in any one of the most read Vernacular Daily in the locality on or before 21.03.2025 by mentioning the next date of hearing as 27.03.2025 and file affidavit of service before this Court on or before the next date of hearing.
