Crl.M.P.No.4418 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.24173 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24173 of 2022 dated 12.01.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of eight weeks.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 7(c) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24173 of 2022 dated 12.01.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
