This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 437 days in filing the above appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.39969 of 2026.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.N.B.Surekha, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent.
3. Though notice has been served and the names of the respondents 2 to 5 are printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of the respondents 2 to 5.
4. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this civil miscellaneous petition stands ordered and consequently, the delay of 437 days in filing the above appeal is condoned, subject to the condition that the petitioner will not be entitled to any interest for the delay period i.e., for 437 days, in the appeal.
5. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order, print the name of Ms.N.B.Surekha, learned counsel for the 1st respondent in the cause list and post the case for admission in due course.
