ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by Dr.Anita Sumanth J.) The petitioner's case is that Yogesh @ Logesh (convict), her son, is entitled for 21 days ordinary leave. The reason cited is the illness of the petitioner.

2. Unfortunately, no medical records have been produced before the authorities and medical records have been produced for the first time before this Court. It is for the convict or the family members seeking leave to substantiate the reason for leave before the authorities and not to produce additional material before this Court, as the satisfaction to be recorded is that of the competent jail authority. We are not required to examine records at the first instance.
