The Petitioner has sent a representation dated 02.01.2021 to the respondent for refixing of his seniority pursuant to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

cadre conversions. However, it is not granted to him. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Considering the limited prayer, without expressing any opinion on merits a direction is given to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.01.2021 on merits and in accordance with law also after giving opportunity to the persons aggrieved and pass orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
