O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Certiorari, seeking records relating to the order passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.7797/2021/Tho.Vae.Sa, dated 04.02.2025 and quash the same.

2. Let me be very careful in examining the facts of the case since against the impugned order, an appeal remedy is available before the Additional Registrar (Finance and Banking) in the Office of the Registrar of Cooperative Societies. Consequent to a charge memo issued, the petitioner has been imposed with the punishment of cut of one year increment with cumulative effect. The petitioner has challenged the same before this Court. 2/4

3. However there is an appeal remedy available. In view of the fact that the petitioner has to pursue the alternate remedy, I am not expressing any views on the nature of the allegations or whether the allegations survive scrutiny. It is suffice to point out that opportunity had been granted during the course of enquiry. The petitioner has time till 04.04.2025 for filing appeal before the Additional Registrar (Finance and Banking).

4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 14.03.2025 vum Index : Yes / No Speaking order/Non speaking order 3/4
