O R D E R
The plaintiff in O.S.No.236 of 2010 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Villupuram has filed the above Civil Revision Petition to direct the trial court to dispose of the suit, within a stipulated time.
2. The plaintiff filed the suit in O.S.No.236 of 2010 for declaration and recovery of possession. The defendant filed his written statement and is contesting the suit
3. According to the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, the trial court has taken up the matter for trial and the same is posted for the defendant's side evidence. Further, the learned counsel submitted that since the suit is pending from 2010, the plaintiff is put to hardship and prejudice.
4. Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the Principal District Munsif Court, Villupuram to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.236 of 2010 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
