ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 392 of I.P.C in C.C.No.5192 of 2020 on the file of the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and another accused waylaid the de-facto complainant and snatched away a mobile phone from the de-facto complainant. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submit that in this case, after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed in C.C No.5192 of 2020 on the file of the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore. direct the petitioner/accused to appear before the trial court and file an appropriate petition to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
