This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.1739 of 2023 on 22.02.2023 to report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., for the period of three months and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until filing of final report.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
