O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to referred the charge sheet in the above case in Cr.No.130 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police to secure the ends of justice or to prevent abuse of the process of any court.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner and the de-facto complainant have compromised the matter and he would also submit that the application has been filed with wrong prayer. He would further seek permission of this Court to withdraw the petition with a liberty to file a quash petition on the terms of compromise and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh quash petition on the terms of compromise.
