O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to register the case on the complaint dated 04.04.2016 given by the petitioner to the 1st respondent police in 65/CSR/H4PS/2016 and to file final report according to law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is working as a teacher and one Pushparaj is the Correspondent of the School and that there are lot of disputes between them. On the complaint given by this petitioner, a case in Cr.No.1218 of 2011 was registered against Pushparaj and he was acquitted on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

06.06.2016. Again the petitioner lodged a complaint, based on which a case in Cr.No.124 of 2012 was registered, in which case also Pushparaj was acquitted. On a reading of the complaint dated 04.04.2016, it does not inspire the confidence of this Court for giving a direction as prayed for. Hence, this petition is closed.
