ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to conduct enquiry based on the application submitted by the petitioner on 21.10.2024, wherein the petitioner is seeking for the rectification of FMB sketch and consequently to issue separate patta in the name of the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents produced the written instructions received from the first respondent. It is seen the first respondent has fixed the enquiry on 08.04.2025 at 11.00 a.m., The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner will be heard and thereafter necessary orders will be passed within the time frame fixed by this Court.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before the Court, and taking note of the written instructions received from the first respondent, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from 08.04.2025.
