The petitioner seeks to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation given on 25.02.2019 to settle the petitioner's amount of Rs.7,42,882/- along with the interest of 36% per annum and all other benefits and to direct the 1st respondent to take action against the 2nd respondent for violating the contract against the general condition of contracts.
