By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.02.2024 and also to cancel the registered documents vide Document Nos.119 and 120 of 2012 dated 09.01.2012 and Document No.6683 of 2023 dated 12.12.2023 on the file of the third respondent.

According to the petitioner, title in respect of property has already been decided between the parties in S.A.No.678 of 2014, wherein the Court has clearly held that the Will relied upon by the fifth respondent has not been proved in the manner known to law, and accordingly the Second Appeal was dismissed. Therefore, according to the petitioner, the agreement for sale entered in respect of the said property should be cancelled. Since the decree is in favour of the petitioner, let the petitioner register the Second Appeal decree for registration in accordance with law. 4.

With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed. No costs.
