Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus directing the respondents to call for the communication in Na.Ka.No.21620/2015/A1 dated 26.04.2016 from the file of 1st respondent and quash the same, consequently direct the petitioner to refer to Medical Board to access the Mental Agony. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus directing the respondents to call for the communication in Na.Ka.No.21620/2015/A1 dated 26.04.2016 from the file of the first respondent and to quash the same and to consequently direct the petitioner to refer to Medical Board to access the mental agony.

2.This petition is today heard through Video Conferencing. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner who was present along with her, placed her submissions before this Court.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that during the pendancy of this writ petition, the petitioner retired from service and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 4.In view of the above, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
