Maradappan v. Rathinammal

Application No.3271 of 2017 in TOS. No.33 of 2003 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN J, Application has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the 6th Respondent R.Saravanan. The legal heirs are his wife S.Sudha, minor son S.Lingeswaran, minor daughter S.Akshya Sri, who are both represented their mother S.Sudha. Since there is no dispute about the relationship and since it is necessary that the parties are have to be impleaded, this application is allowed.

2. The learned counsel for the plaintiff to carryout the necessary amendment and file amended copy before this Court on 19.07.2017.
