By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner claims that he has put up a superstructure in the land comprised in Survey No.4-A, Patta No.714, situated at Keelavillivalam Colony, Thiruvannamalai District and is also cultivating the land and harvesting the crops. The petitioner would further state that he also submitted an application seeking electricity service connection and made a deposit of Rs.1,550/- to the Office of the second respondent and he was provided with electricity connection and while so, without notice whatsoever, suddenly, it was disconnected. The petitioner, in this regard, has submitted a representation dated 7.11.2013, to the respondents and since he has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of Mr.R.Krishnasamy, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.P.R.Dhilipkumar, learned Counsel, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, permits the petitioner to submit one more representation to the second respondent by enclosing a copy of his earlier representation dated 7.11.2013, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the second respondent, on receipt of the same, is directed to consider it in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of two weeks thereafter, and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
