This Civil Revision Petition is filed praying for early disposal of I.A.No.218 of 2014 in O.S.No.304 of 2013 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif, Chenglepet within a time frame.

2.The first respondent had instituted the suit in O.S.No.304 of 2013 against the petitioner and the respondents 2 to 4 for declaration and permanent injunction. In the suit, the petitioner, who was arrayed as fourth defendant filed an application in I.A.No.218 of 2014 under Order VII Rule 11(a) (b) and (d) of the Civil Procedure Code to reject the plaint on the ground of limitation and valuation of the suit.

3.Mr.V.Veluchamy, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has completed his arguments on 11.09.2014 in I.A.No.218 of 2014. But however, the application is being adjourned at the request of the respondents for the past five months for the arguments of the respondents. It is further submitted that the delay in disposal causes prejudice and hardship to the petitioner.

4.Considering the facts and submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned District Munsif, Chenglepet is directed to dispose of I.A.No.218 of 2014 in O.S.No.304 of 2013, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably on or before 30.06.2015.

5.This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
