O R D E R

This petition is filed to review the order dated 14.10.2016 in C.R.P.(PD) No.2621 of 2016 in and by which this Court set aside the order dated 11.07.2016 in I.A.No.1303 of 2016 in O.S.No.106 of 1999 on the file of learned Second Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai.

2. The trial court was not inclined to summon the document relating to the last drawn salary of the petitioner.

3. This Court having found that no prejudice would be caused to the petitioner and that it would be helpful to the court to fix the maintenance amount due to the respondents, allowed the said application.

4. The petitioner has come up with a grievance that the respondents are having sufficient means and as such, there is no need to claim maintenance from him.

5. None of the grounds raised in the review petition would amount to a valid reason to review the order within the purview of Order 47 Rule 1 of Civil Procedure Code. I am therefore of the view that the Review Application deserves to be dismissed.
