This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2057 of 2023 dated 20.02.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.32553 of 2022, passed by this Court to appear before the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, on all the working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the said condition till 21.03.2023.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.2057 of 2023 dated 20.02.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.32553 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
