By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

The petitioner claims to be 'Dharmakartha' of Siruvatchur Sri Puthumariamman Temple submitted an application on 28.05.2015 praying for appropriate permission to conduct 'song and dance programme' on 05.06.2015 in connection with the temple festival and since he has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition.

Heard the submission of Mr.P.Murugaian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

4. This Court, without going into the merits of the Writ Petition, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 28.05.2015 in accordance with law and pass orders by tomorrow (ie., 05.06.2015) and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
