O R D E R

These Civil Revision Petitions are filed by the petitioner-husband seeking a direction to the Family Court, Coimbatore to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.1027 of 2014 and H.M.O.P.No.281 of 2015 within a specified time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

H.M.O.P.No.1094 of 2013 is filed by the petitioner-husband for divorce before the Family Court, Palakkadu and the same was subsequently transferred to the Family Court, Coimbatore and renumbered as H.M.O.P.No.1027 of 2014. The respondent-wife has also filed a petition in H.M.O.P.No.281 of 2015 seeking restitution of conjugal rights before the same Court.

It is stated that both the H.M.O.Ps are kept pending before the Court below for more than three years without any progress, though counter statement filed by the respondent. It is also sated that the pleadings are complete in both the H.M.O.Ps. On that basis, the petitioner seeks for early disposal of both H.M.O.Ps 4.

Taking into consideration the above facts, this Court directs the learned Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore to dispose of both the H.M.O.Ps, namely, H.M.O.P.No.1027 of 2014 and H.M.O.P.No.281 of 2015 on or before 31.10.2017. It is made clear that the petitioner as well as the respondent shall co-operate for disposal of the cases on or before 31.10.2017 without seeking further extension of time.

With the above direction, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
