2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that surcharge proceedings initiated against the similarly placed persons like petitioner was quashed, not against the petitioner. Hence, seeks for corrections.

3. Such view of the matter, 4th and 11th paragraphs of the order reads as follows:

"4.

.... Be that as it may, it is the contention of the learned counsel that the surcharge proceedings initiated against similarly placed person like petitioner also quashed. ....

Further, the proceedings initiated against the similarly placed person like petitioner under Section of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act is also quashed by this Court in .........."

4. Except the above corrections, the order remains intact.
