O R D E R

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner to relax the condition imposed on him by this Court vide order dated 20.01.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.33182 of 2019.

2. Heard Mr.S.Mohamed Ansar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Iyyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court dated 20.01.2020 regularly.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.33182 of 2019 dated 20.01.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
