PRAYER : This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records in C.C No. 94 of 2018 on the file of learned Additional Mahila Court FTC, Salem District in so far as the petitioner is concerned and quash the same.

ORDER

The petitioner herein filed this petition to call for the records in C.C No. 94 of 2018 on the file of learned Additional Mahila Court FTC, Salem District in so far as the petitioner is concerned and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner stated that this Court has already quashed C.C No. 94 of 2018 in Crl. O.P No. 3985 of 2022, on 08.01.2024.

3. Considering the above, this court has already quashed the proceedings against the co-accused in Crl.O.P No. 3985 of 2022 in respect of C.C No. 94 of 2018. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. No Costs. Consequentially, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 05.02.2024 pbl To The Public Prosecutor, High Court, Madras.
