This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioners on 17.08.2014 to the respondent.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the petitioner's complaint dated 17.08.2014, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.247 of 2014 and the same was closed. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
